Master Your Emotions with Confidence

Do you have a wellness toolkit?

My dad has a garage full of tools he uses to get jobs done around the house (as most handy guys do).

Need the right tool? Missing a screw? Need a thingamabob?

Most likely, he’s got it.

We tease him because he never throws anything away. In reply he gives us a look and says in his thick Italian accent, “and who does everyone come to when they need something, heh?”

He’s got a point.

Do you have a handy set of tools to help you when you get sick, tired, or burned out?

Why you need a wellness toolkit

Life is full of unexpected setbacks, like say a pandemic.

Some people face natural disasters, unexpected illnesses, dark moods that they just can’t shake, or suffer a job loss.

These are all painful events, not to mention damaging too.

We’ve been taught to prepare for emergencies. We know we should have a to-go bag ready to improve our chances of survival. What about surviving daily setbacks, traumas, and other unexpected problems?

If we want to become our healthiest and happiest self, we need to think ahead and prepare in each of the supporting pillars of life.

Physical Wellness

Emotional Wellness

Mental Wellness

Intellectual Wellness

Financial Wellness

Spiritual Wellness

How are you doing in these 6 areas?

It’s ok if you’re struggling.

We all are!

It’s ok if you’re less than perfect.

Nobody is perfect.

If you’re trying, it means you’re a step ahead of the game.

So, how do you build a wellness Toolkit?

You build it by adding personalized wellness tools that get you to where you want to go, or who you want to be.

It’s important to remember you are the only one responsible for your healing process.

Think about that a minute because it’s profound.

It might sound daunting, but it takes you out of victim mentality and puts you back in the driver seat, where you belong.

What are the benefits of building your wellness toolkit?

The benefits are having simple solutions that help you:

  • get better sleep so you can accomplish your goals
  • have more energy throughout the day to get your work done
  • minimize joint and muscle pain
  • become more emotionally resilient to fear, anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
  • feel better about who you are on the inside and outside!

There are amazing tools out there (free & paid) to help you reach your goals.

The tricky part is finding the good ones.

This is where I can help

I’m pretty obsessive about personal growth and wellness. My friends can vouch for that 😊.

I’ve spent a lifetime working hard to better myself, on the inside and outside! I’ve discovered many useful tools to help myself along the way.

Little by little, I’m going to be sharing those tips, tools, and tricks on this website.

I already have been writing a weekly newsletter for the past year and it’s going well. If you’d like to subscribe and never miss a post, here’s a link to subscribe:

Master your emotions with confidence

The newsletter goes out every Friday. I put my heart and soul into that piece of work. It’s not only my most creative exercise of the week, its also been great for my mental health. And I know it’s been helpful to others.

Anyway, I’m also going to publish blog articles from time to time on this website in order for you to find deeper satisfaction in life and have wellness tools at your disposal.

I know you’ll find something useful!

Now, it’s your turn.
